SCHEDULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Classes Run - September 9th through June 19th - Our gymnastics program consists of 36 weeks of instruction. Annual tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments for your convenience. Classes operate on a continuous rotation, rather than by calendar month. Because of this, the number of class dates that fall within a particular calendar month may vary. Your monthly tuition is an equal installment toward the full 36-week program and is not based on the number of classes occurring within that specific month. A credit card must be on file and will be charged at sign-up and then the 1st of every month. A registration fee is due annually each year and will be in your first monthly payment if due. If you want to end your enrollment, contact the office by the 25th of the previous month by sending an email to elite.gymnastics.center@gmail.com so you are not charged going forward. No refunds will be given for missed classes. Sibling discounts and multi-class discounts are 10% off. Makeups- Each student receives 2 makeup classes per month incase of illness, school event, vacation etc. Makeup classes can be schedule within the parent portal, via phone or email (elite.gymnastics.center@gmail.com). Makeups must be made up within 30 days or forfeited. When you come in you should sign the makeup list at the front desk.
2 Make-ups are allowed per month. Makeups need to be made up within 30 days. Email elite.gymnastics.center@gmail or call 631-841-2190 in advance so we can schedule staff accordingly. When making up a class you must go the front office to sign the makeup list that will be given to the attendance coach. Makeups do not carry over to the next season.

Please note class schedules are subject to change as needed with enrollment. While we always have open enrollment some classes will fill. Please call to check on a class before coming in!
New students only can get a "no obligation" trial and new enrollments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance!
